At Finch & Fork, a downtown Santa Barbara restaurant, it’s all about “la vida local.” Because location matters in more than just real estate – it’s absolutely essential when talking about food and wine. Here in Santa Barbara, we’re beyond fortunate with our just-caught seafood fresh from the Pacific, abundance of farmers market fresh produce, grass-fed beef and other artisanal products. In the capable hands of Chef James Siao, that means you should prepare your palate for an absolute joyride. You’ll have good company because you’ll always find locals here dining on favorites like deviled eggs, hand-pulled flatbreads, rainbow trout and our Tuesday night special, Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Then of course there are dozens of smart selections from the world-class wine region just a cork’s throw away and notoriously delicious cocktails to enjoy created by lead bartender, Andy Nelson. And since we don’t believe you can have too much of a good thing, Finch & Fork, a gem amongst downtown Santa Barbara restaurants, is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers our early bird/night flight menu from 4-6pm and 9-10pm Mondays through Fridays!
