Welcome to Kimpton Canary Santa Barbara. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fee

  • Guest Amenity Fees of $35.00 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    1. Upgraded Wi-Fi speed throughout the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces for up to 5 devices (normally $14.99/night)
    2. Access to 6th floor rooftop pool and terrace
    3. Storage of surfboards, personal bicycles and kayaks
    4. Local running and bike trail map
    5. Core Power Yoga *classes are limited and outdoors*
    6. $10.00 Food & Beverage credit
    7. Canary canvas tote bag to take to the beach or shopping along State Street
    8. Full access to Gold's Gym (including classes)

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service is available at the Front Desk from 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room or on the 6th floor rooftop terrace. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended

  • Valet parking is available at $40/night.

  • Finch & Fork, our on-site restaurant, is available for dining at the following times:
    • Breakfast: Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
    • Brunch: Sat - Sun, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • Dinner: Wed - Sat, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

In-Room Dining:

  • In-room dining is available at the following times:
    • Breakfast/Brunch: Mon - Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and Sat - Sun, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • Dinner: Sun - Thu, 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Fri - Sat, 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Fitness Center:

  • We partner with Gold’s Gym, which is located just next to the hotel. Guests have full access to their facilities by simply presenting a key card at their reception.
  • Gold’s Gym hours of operation:
    • Mon - Fri, 5:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
    • Sat - Sun, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
